Patruunantie 1a, close to the city, yet close to nature. It is the first time since the building has been erected (1973) that one of these flats is put up for sale. The front of the building faces Patruunantie with plenty of parking space and a double garage for each apartment. The back of the building faces a shared garden kept in its natural state with large trees stretching 30 metres to the Seinäjoki river, giving a feeling of privacy and calm, which can be enjoyed from the long upstairs balcony and accessed from a downstairs door. The building is in a good overall condition. There is a building at the end of the block which in its day was a swimming hall, but now is used for storage space, both upstairs and downstairs. It has also a sauna and shower installation for the 2 apartments that dont have their own sauna, including 1A, but it is not active at the moment. The inside of the apartment is in good condition but some areas would eventually require some renovation, all according to the owners taste, but of course all areas are livable and useable.
