Patruunantie 1a, close to the city, yet close to nature. It is the first time since the building has been erected (1973) that one of these flats is put up for sale. The front of the building faces Patruunantie with plenty of parking space and a double garage for each apartment. The back of the building faces a shared garden kept in its natural state with large trees stretching 30 metres to the Seinäjoki river, giving a feeling of privacy and calm, which can be enjoyed from the long upstairs balcony and accessed from a downstairs door.
